to Scotland:
We never said were the most free (even tought every man and woman and horse living in our country has full citizenship). We never wished to support the Australians until the scots decided to support people that rise against us. We never called ourselves champions of freedom. We know who we are and what our history. We even know most countries probably hate our guts for that somthime in the world time scale we invaded them. We also understand the feelings of the Germans! But rebbeliouns destory the stablity of the whole Mongol empire, and we will show that violence will not work against the neo mongols. If the Germans begun to spill the blood of Mongols, than the punishment will be the spill of German blood.
But when we look for somone who call himself "Free" and "Champion of Freedom" we only find the Scotish empire. A country that operres milions of people all across the world. from Australia to Africa and even in Ireland. We do not find the so called Scotish freedom fighters but a bounch of politic people that know to open their mouth and talk. We did not said you said false when you talked of the Mongol history. We know what The Mongols did, and while myself Genghis khan is honored from all but the history of Tamerline, We are proud of our history. We havn't been fully defeated by anyone. And now the Mongols wish to stay in their territory and no expand the Scotish dogs pop up and wish to expand their empire and influence into our country. So be it, you are welcome to try. We awaite your armies in case you attack us. The Mongols will not do another aggresive move under my rule unless being insulted. Sorry to inform you but the Scotish fat politicians just don't interest us.

We now say it to you all. The Germans rebbeled. They never came to ask for a country, or never even talked. I the new Genghis khan already promised and begun the creation of Autonom europian states. But the Germans and Scots have just ruined it for all of europe. I am now canceling any plan to create an Autonomic europian states, or the granting of the Holy see it's freedom from Mongol control. Until the Scots will come with an official apology and the Germas, or any other Catholic christian rise in rebbelions we shall forget about the plans to free the Vatican, and we won't even think about granting europe an autonomy and countries later... Say thanks to the Germans and Scots.
to Arab empire:
Yes we signed a NAP. And the Mongols are known for their respect. But rest assured, The Mongols have NO plans what-so-ever of expanding aggresivly into other countries. We will expand only into countries that spill Mongol blood. We wish to be friendly with the Arab empire as we have many Muslims in our country. You are welcome to support Islam in our country also.
