President Totozi announced today that under his reign, he would beat all mayor problems of Aztecea. The first problem and biggest problen, the unemployment rate of more then 10%, would be solved until the next year. Currently the army is recruiting again and the foundation of a new tank factory in Tuxpan created more then 4500 jobs. An other factory is currently build in Veracruz and should be finsihed in three months.
Further President Totozi announced that Aztecea will not rejoin the new GDI. Peace in America is more important. Thereforce Aztecea will join the American Alliance, reformed by the Andes Confederation.
Texan soldiers fire at Aztecea citizen! At the Aztecea-Texas border three civilists got shot by a Texan border patrol. The family (Itixa T. 45, Montecu T. 48 and Lucata T. 7) was wandering near the Texan border, when the 2 man patrol opened fire at the family. The Texan government said nothing yet but President Totozi showed that this acts of agression are not toleratable.

-Air force starts the war with bombing enemy airforce, while still on ground. Helicopters equaly support the battle groups

Believing a counter needs to be in place after the reconstruction of the GDI, Leparte has called for the formation of the second American Alliance. With headquarters in Cuzco already finished production, the alliance has a prosperous future. So far the combined militaries are unable to even hold a candle to GDI, but it is a good start and is enough to be heard in the international community.

The rebels were much more ready then Incan officials expected. Nonetheless, Operation Titkalu started with a great victory in the border cities. The Andes newest tank, Incan II, proved to be a formidable force in the mountains whence it was designed to fight in. Chilean troops are poorly trained compared to their Andes counterparts, but are numerous. Andes forces are able to gain a good foothold in the border towns, and then from there, with the cover of the Federal Air Force, they launched a huge offensive that captured the northern, and most profitable lands, of Chile. Santiago and the lowlands are left, and are expected to be the hardest fighting yet.
American Alliance Headquarters Complete - Is This an End to Reconstruction?
That question has more then likely been asked by you or to your more then a few times. The answer is simple - no. While the most important part of the Incan people has been rebuilt - the government and downtown Cuzco - the nation is still recovering from the blasts of it's enemies. However, a new spirit has arisen in the people of Cuzco as the new Headquarters of the American Alliance has been constructed. The building is 70 stories high, not the highest ever, but definetly the highest right now in the Andes Confederation. The building is the most modern building in the world, and demonstrates how modern the city will become once it is completed.
