If i could i'd like to update sometime tomorrow morning in about 12-14 hours. I leave town once again tomorrow for 8-10 days and will not have internet connection, so i'd like to be able to get one more update in. This abscense does not mean that i'll close this, it just means you'll have a lot more time for diplomacy aka yelling at eachother.

if you insist: all Great Works cost 5 IC/BP as stated on page one. And you cant slowly work on one, you just bank it into Building Points and buy it all in one go. That is how technologies work too.
