Message to all allies in Stonewall Pact
If the Franco-Spanish front is turned on West Germany we can all expect horrible results. It is therefore my opinion that the Scandinavian nations send a large expeditionary force to France as well as the UK doubling her amount of men in France and Italy reentering the war in southeastern France.

Maneuver Harassment/Anti-Infantry Maneuver Warfare
Gentlemen, we have all been wasting our light tanks in direct combat with medium tanks of excellent Soviet design. It propose that we stop sending our light tanks to be slaughtered piecemeal and have them act as harassment and extensive maneuver warfare against isolated or advance infantry formations without support. This way our light tanks will become infantry killers instead of cannon fodder for heavy Commintern materiel.

PS. Beware Greek aggression on a new front, this applies specifically to Tunisia. Greece may seek to destroy you.

PPS. To England and Italy: Try to take out Spanish logistics across the Pyrenees and blockade the Bay of Biscaya and that sea south of Marseilles (bah, both French coasts occupied by Spaniards).
The Commintern must not flank Germany and Italy to the west and Britanny to the south.

4 years isnt that long....

seriously i'll need a few days to get everything in orfer at college, so i'd like to cram in some updatin. update will be in abou 5 or 6 hours

well we got a good update tonight folks, we have our guest star Comrade Josef Stalin playing the guitar and we'll have some famous music group come on at the end of the show. Anyways here it comes, give a big *insert city name* welcome to....

MILITARY REFORMS IN ISLAMIC ALLIANCE! A new force known as Allah's Gaurds, or just Gaurds to many, has been formed up. These are the best of the Islamic soldiers and compare well to the United States' Marines.

IRELAND OFFERS TROOPS TO THE ALLIES! With the Irish navy growing as well as their army, the Irish have offered their support in the growing Second Great War in exchange for Northern Ireland. The British response to this proposal has yet to be heard.

RIOTS IN YUGOSLAVIA! Croatian pro-fascist nationalist groups have begun rioting and apparently preparing for open revolt as the Yugoslavian government turns communist and begins an offensive against the Allied powers. However, Yugoslavian military forces were on standby for the riots and quickly put them down.

FORECASTERS PREDICT HEAVY RAINS FOR MONTHS OF SEPTEMBER AND OCTOBER! Meteorologists have determined that September could well be the rainiest month in recorded history in Europe. Many have recommened bringing crops in earlier than usual to prevent possible spoilage from heavy downpours.

SECOND GREAT WAR

ALLIES SEND TROOPS TO AUSTRIA! With the continuing Soviet and Yugoslav advance in the Balkans, and the flight of the Allied forces to defensive lines in Austria, nations such as Denmark and Morrocco have sent troops to reinforce that beleagered nation against the Soviet advance on Vienna.

BRITISH PULL OUT OF EUROPE! British soldiers in France have pulled out of Europe through Germany as the communist French continued an advance east. Comrade Stalin of the Soviet Union has stated, "This shows the faltering of the imperialist resolve, slowly but surely the decadent British Empire will fall!".

YUGOSLAVIA JOINS THE COMMITERN! In a stunning move the nation of Yugoslavia, for some time a neutral power, has joined the Commitern and has begun assisting communist forces in their attacks. Their assistance in both the Albanian and Hungarian campaigns has been invaluable.

ALBANIA FALLS TO THE COMMITERN! Italian controlled Albania has fallen to the combined Greek and Yugoslavian forces attacking it. The local Italian garrisons were overwhelmed but managed to inflict nearly 3 to 1 casualties on their attackers before escaping across the Adriatic Sea. The local Albanian people have welcomed the communists as liberators and some have volunteered to fight against their long-time Italian occupiers.

Casualty List

Yugoslavian: 18,000 Infantry, 170 Light Tanks, 70 YAKs
Greek: 20,000 Infantry, 50 T-34s, 55 MiG-9s
Italian: 11,000 Infantry, 100 Light Tanks, 45 Sagitarrios

HUNGARY FALLS! Combined Soviet and Yugoslavian forces have advanced rapidly into Hungary, driving the Allies out with heavy casualties on both sides. Soviet forces ran head-long into well prepared Allied positions. The battle would have gone much differently if not for the Yugoslavian attack on the rear which forced the Allies all the way back to lines within Austria around Vienna. Like the Romanians the Hungarian forces remain able to supply and reinforce their troops as much of the Hungarian people and industry have been relocated to Germany and Italy.

Casualty List

Italian: 45,000 Infantry, 180 Sagitarrios, 50 Bombers
Hungarian: 37,000 Infantry, 240 Panthers, 100 Sagitarrios
Romanian: 2,000 Conscripts, 12,000 Infantry, 180 Light Tanks, 500 Mech Infantry, 90 Panthers
Yugoslavian: 47,000 Infantry, 230 Light Tanks, 25 T-34s, 110 YAKs, 40 Bombers
Bulgarian: 12,000 Infantry, 140 T-34s, 150 Light Tanks, 30 YAKs
Soviet: 51,000 Soviet Infantry, 190 T-34s, 40 IS-3s 90 MiG-9s, 60 DB-2s

VIENNA UNDER SEIGE! Soviet forces have slugged their way into artillery range of the Austrian capital and the national government has retreated to the west. Having fought their way between heavily built up areas on the Austrian and Czechslovakian borders, the Soviets have fought a good sized Allied force and suffered significant casualties.

Casualty List

Austrian: 6,000 Infantry, 120 Light Tanks, 50 Me-262s
Danish: 17,000 Scandinavian Infantry, 240 Light Tanks, 35 Svi-77s
Morroccan: 8,000 Infantry, 70 Panthers, 35 Spitfires
Soviet: 41,000 Soviet Infantry, 120 T-34s, 25 IS-3s, 180 YAKs, 30 MiG-9s, 35 DB-2s

CONTINUED SOVIET PROBES HALTED IN CZECHSLOVAKIA! Allied forces have mantained the front line in western Czechslovakia as Soviet forces launch several probing assualts on the armies there. Casualties have been mercifully minor as the heaviest fighting continues to the south in Austria and Hungary.

Casualty List

Norwegian: 3,000 Scandinavian Infantry, 50 Light Tanks, 10 Svi-77s
Czech: 6,000 Infantry, 25 Panthers, 40 S.245s
Portuguese: 2,000 Infantry
Brazillian: 3,000 Infantry
Soviet: 21,000 Soviet Infantry, 55 T-34s, 140 YAKs

AIR BATTLE OVER THE ODER! Allied and Soviet forces, unable to cross the Oder, have continued to fight in the air for air supremacy. Thanks to Scandinavian air forces, the battle is quickly turning in the Allies' favor, making a river crossing less and less feasible.

Casualty List

Finnish: 35 Svi-77s
Swedish: 45 Svi-77s
German: 120 Sagitarrios, 15 Me-262s
Soviet: 210 MiG-9s, 25 DB-2s

COMMUNIST FORCES MEET IN FRANCE! Spainish and French forces met in the Lorient as the two communist armies fought their way through republican French resistance and have trumpeted the news across the world in the form of newsreels and powerful speeches by Comrade Napoleon of France. This has taken some of the sting out for the communists from the defeats near Marsellies and Lyons by Allied forces.

COMMUNISTS DRIVEN WEST IN FRANCE! Italian forces, striking fast from Marsellies have driven Soviet and Spainish forces west from the city, and further back towards the foothills of the Pyrennes Mountains. Further to the north, the French communists have been halted by a combined force of Germans and Republican French near the city of Lyons. The mostly conscript army of the French communists suffered heavy casualties and forced the northern front into a stalemate.

Casualty List

German: 13,000 Infantry, 40 Panthers, 30 Me-262s
Republican French: 28,000 Infantry, 120 Light Tanks
Italian: 21,000 Infantry, 100 Light Tanks, 75 Panthers, 150 Sagitarrios
Spainish: 19,000 Infantry, 2,000 Mech Infantry, 180 Light Tanks, 100 T-34s, 45 MiG-9s
Soviet: 3,000 Soviet Infantry, 50 T-34s
Communist French: 41,000 Conscripts, 6,000 Infantry, 2,000 Soviet Infantry, 270 Light Tanks, 200 T-34s, 150 YAKs

AIR WAR CONTINUES OVER SPAIN! British forces have continued to bomb Spain and occupied Portugal as the air war of attrition continues. Most Spainish air forces have been withdrawn to fight on the French front, leaving the skies under British control. The Spainish industry and infastructure has been hit hard this month and if it keeps up for another month the industrial capacity of Spain could severely suffer.

Casualty List

British: 40 Lancasters

SOVIETS LAUNCH MASSIVE ATTACK IN THE FAR EAST! Soviet forces, having amassed a great army have launched a major counter attack against the Japanese and have retaken Vladiostock. In additional the key Japanese supply point of Harbin has fallen under siege and could fall within a month. Japanese fighters were caught on the airfields by Soviet forces, and heavy casualties were suffered with few Soviet aircraft lost.

Casualty List

Japanese: 51,000 Infantry, 480 Light Tanks, 25 Panthers 270 Zeroes
Soviet: 56,000 Soviet Infantry, 290 T-34s, 75 YAKs

WAR AT SEA CONTINUES! Communist submarines across the world continue striking at Allied convoys and ships that were separated from battle groups. In the Mediteranean, the China Sea, the Baltic, and the Atlantic, communist and Allied forces continue the hard fought battle.

I still recommend a thread. I'm sure that honorable folks like silver 2039 and das would not spy on a thread such as that. And if they did i would notice and a meteor will fall upon them and smote them where they stand.

Be prepared for the revised casualty list including the French civil war.

Just helping Panda out so y'all know about this Stonewall Pact thread. Remember, das, cleric, and silver 2039, if you look and use the information on that thread in your orders, you will be thrown out of the NES.

yes it does, if you arent part of the Pact it applies to you. I will be keeping a close eye on that thread and orders. I will know if your orders seem unusually omniscient.

does that apply to neutral nations too?

It wouldn't apply if you join the Pact and fight the USSR! :D

"People of the United Kingdom of England, Wales and Scotland, we are locked in a deadly struggle with the communist pigs. These people seek to enslave the world under their rule. They seek to destroy what we have worked so hard to accomplish. These Russians, these barbarians have already ravaged Eastern Europe, spreading the clouds of war over the European continent. This is a new kind of war, the Soviets seek total annihilation of those who oppose them, and those who they don't agree with. For the sake of freedom and liberty, we must fight! France is about to fall, time is running out. Soon we may stand alone in Western Europe against the communist threat. But we must never give in! Our army is marching, our navy is sailing, our airforce is flying to victory. The Britian Empire and the Commonwealth will never rest untill the communists are driven back to the steppes from which they came!"

Churchill left the podium.

sure... i guess that means i have to edit my post on the Stonewall thread.

Don't worry, I won't spy on your decadent imperialistic thread. After all, there is no need for me to do this, as you already are DOOMED (tm), and our (non-existant) spies have better things to do then listen to your insane, useless ramblings.

*walks off to read the Stonewall Pact thread*
