CAN ANYONE HELP ME?

First: Welcome to CivFanatics!

I had the same problem yesterday. Try the following:

1. Install the latest driver for your graphic card. (This solved it for me.)

If this doesn't work:

2. Reinstall Direct X from the BtS DVD. Open the DVD manually and go to the Direct X directory. There should be a setup which installs it.

Normally, this should solve your problem.
