King Guillem III, his health beginning to fail him, is saddened by what little he has been able to accomplish in his lifetime. Though it wasn't for lack of trying, he has so far been mostly unable to establish Andorra as being a nation of any real consequence in the grand scheme of things, regardless of how much land is held by his people. Saddened still by his people's ignorance of the world around him, he commissioned the beginning to the construction of a small navy. Though the boats have little to no armament, they are very large, and perfect for trading goods with the nearby nations of Europe. Guillem only hoped that he would live to see trade routes opened with other nations, perhaps allowing his people to see new things from exotic parts of the world.
Guillem III also ordered for construction to begin on several ports on both the northern and southern regions of his nation, to make trade possible at the time the boats are built.

The people of Norway were very happy that Ragnar had been busy annexing land for the better use of Norway...They were in a kind of fervor that made Ragnar look like a god himself.With this kind of fervor Ragnar expected to do good things with his huge populace.
He had a son...17 year old(At this time) Jaared.Jaared was busy learning the usual stuff for royalty in Norway..Studying scrolls and books of old...Maybe he would prove to be as good as the leaders of old.
Meanwhile many temples of Tyr,the nordic god of war,were set up in dedication to their love of warfare and whatnot...So that Tyr would give them his blessings.

We could've been friends with them, but insted we were enemies, but the God's must have meant for it to be. Why must we toil in this world against each other? But I put thos thoughts out of my mind. I sent word to my Royal Governors in Ireland and Norway. And then I went west to see the Temple of Freyr, coming along nicely. It was so beautiful, the artisans must have truly been touched by the God. It captured the essence of fertility and life. While there I met a wonderful young woman. And we were married, with the permission of her father, a nobleman of the western part of the island. Then I took her back to my palace in the east, where we both hoped to have many strong and beautiful children. Great Things would ring in my thirieth year as ruler of this great island.
Norway:Continue to expand in the region, take view of the land with an eye of what it is best used for.
Ireland: I sent word to my King that the Irish island was best suited for farming, and was already used as such, we could even begin exportation back to Ireland, care would be taken to keep the soil healthy. We were getting along with the people here. They had a pagan religion of their own fashion, one we had no intention of changing. But we were hoping to control the entire island before the christian nations could land, and get their greedy paws on this untarnished land. We hoped to preserve this peoples culture. So I went amongst the people that hadn't allied themselves with us hoping to preserve them. I asked a few druids from our own territories to accompany me.
General message:We hope that you will join yourselves with the Icelandic Empire. You will not be forced to, we will not convert you, nor will we overburden you with demands. We are merely asking for a merger of Pagan people for the protection of ours and your way of life. But the other people may not respect your rights as well as we do.
