Is there anywhere where I could get a list of the events in Historical Play?

Essentially, the following enter the war in these years.

1936 = Spanish Civil War
1938 = Austria, Czechoslavakia
1939 = Poland. England, France
1940 = Finland, Holland, Belgium, France, Baltic Countries
1941 = Yugoslavia, Russia, USA
