Everything Gray on MAC? Help Please...

My whole screen is gray I'm unsure what to do

You're sure it's not your monitor? We had an old Mac monitor that went bad and tinted everything green. We had to send it in to Apple two times with about 4 months wait time each. We got a PC after that. =)
