External Consulate T4 P4- When to declare on China?

ok, since it is a term later and since France and Portugal are almost completely annexed lets vote on the China issue again. it seems, there is no point not to declare, the question is when. poll will be open 72 hours.

I would say as soon as we are ready military-wise. We now have 38 cavs plus some other stuff, that should be enough to take out France, Portugal, China and probably even a bit of Persia in the next 10 turns. Taking out China will drastically shorten our front, and free up even more units.

I'll vote for the coming TC, i.e., option 1.

As soon as we are ready military-wise. Probably this turnchat, but allow the flexiblity for the declaration to fit in with the military - don't force it to be on a particular turn when there may other things happening that may need the troops.
