Thats the Crystal Palace effect in Championship Manager. Its a horrible combination of bright blue and red that is constantly flashing. Makes you really glad when you don't have to play Palace...

Ah, don't remind me of Palace in CM. When I play them, I hope to god I don't give up a goal to save my eyes.
