FA: Final War with Japan?

Should we declare war on Japan for a final war?

Open until the next turnchat. Don't think there was a focused discussion, just references all over the place to going ahead and trimming Japan back in preparation for our final victory.

I can't see any other way of capturing the remaining cities and reducing the Japanese empire without exercising our troops a little
