Fall From Heaven Problem

I'm new to Fall from Heaven. I've got the main game to work but I can't seem to get the scenarios working.

Could someone tell me what should I download and in what order to get everything up and runnning.

Fall from Heaven (Which comes as a standard mod) or Fall from Heaven 2 which is a downloadable (and awesome) mod of its own. Which one are you having trouble with?

I believe I downloaded Fall from Heaven 2.3

What is the difference between FfH (standard mod) and FfH 2/

FfH is a standard mod that comes with Civ IV.
FfH 2 is a tremendous fan written mod that you must download.

The FfH 2 is a link to the Fall from Heaven 2 forum.

I usually load BTS. So do I need to load onto the regular Civ 4 to get the FfH scenarios?

If you download FfH2 it will create a BTS FfH2 icon on your desktop which will launch FfH2. Check the FfH2 forum for latest release (I believe it is 40) and the latest patch. Once FfH2 is launched, you can play the FfH2 scenarios.

I've loaded the BTS 3.17 patch and the FfH 40 patch

However, when I select FfH 2 I get:

"GFC error: failed to initalize the primary contact theme"

I can play FfH 2.3 which is a option but not FfH2
