I would definitely put it in the FO2 location, it gives you more room for the civs to spread out before contacting the other civs.

That was the idea when I began the mod all those years ago.
And if not for the outstanding gfx Flamand, Vuldacon, Reddog and others have provided, it would not be nearly as good looking as it is now. Cheers, Thorgrimm

Flamand, after taking a deeper look at the gfx, I noticed that I have nothing you or Vuldcaon sent me after the 1.07 update in the tester's forum. All those items were lost when my old comp crashed.
So if you or Vuldacon have any of those items still laying around please send them my way. I had not made a backup of those files since I had not been working on the mod since then.
