Fallout: New Vegas

Hopefully not, but I still need to finish Fallout 3 (I finished the main game but not the dlcs). I won't be getting New Vegas until the GOTY edition probably.

It does look sweet though.

I'm looking forward to it but sadly I lack the funds to actually buy it.

Maybe as a christmas thing

This game will define my life for months to come.

I'll rent it when Blockbuster gets it

Why the bloody hell would you rent it? You'll miss out on dozens if not hundreds (personal experience depending) of hours of playtime :/

How did it get to 3am already?! :eek:

Well the game is really fun! I thought it'd be more of the same but the ammo crafting is rad and you can add modifications to your weapons too. I got a rifle scope for my varmint rifle and cleared out Primm for the NCR. :D I LOVE the iron sights!

Looks interesting, I certainly liked Fallout 3. Unfortunately I'm really unwilling to buy new games when I have the feeling there'll be a lot of DLC. I'll probably wait for a price-drop or a complete edition.
Then there's Obsidian's track record of releasing unfinished games, and the only review I've read about New Vegas confirms it's pretty buggy.

The DLC is going to take a while, stupid Bethesda is signing exclusivity deals for the xbox 360 to get the DLC first, hell I don't even know if they have said if the first announced DLC (it isn't out yet thankfully) is going to be available for other systems or not.

Chris Avellone => I'm hyped.
Sadly, Steam => I'm down.

Ammo crafting = The Pitt's Ammo Press
Weapon modifications = Fallout 3 Nexus has TONS of mods that do this, with more variations.
Iron Sights = There's a new mod for that as well.

Not to nitpick, but are there any new features besides the new Vegas setting and (what I heard) was somewhat more balanced RPG elements?

Umm, what else do you need beside a whole new vast post apocalyptic world to play around in?
