its NOT like communism, its has a 200 worker rate, 50% more then domocracy
it has a unit saport of
4 per town
7 per city
10 per metro
it has only nuecencs cruption, the same as republic, but when u swich to facism u losse some of ur pop in ur citys, and when u take ocer a ciry, u do not get any culter until the majority of the ppl in it are from ur civ,.. allso it uses forced labor, thes are its only draw backs

Perhaps not technically a 'drawback', but Fascism does not have the commerce bonus of Republic and Democracy. For me, that's an even bigger detractor than the democraphic hit or the Forced Labour.
