Hektor, all the way, with Odysseus being a second. Hektor isn't out there to seek glory, fame, or fortune, or there for honor or slaying. At his core, he's just a man out to defend king and country, home and hearth. He's there fighting not for conquest or vengeance or honor, but to protect his wife and son and soil.
Odysseus is another man in the same vein, another reluctant hero, dragged out to feed the dogs of war when all he wants is to be with his wife and son. His entire journey in the Oddysey is not so much an adventure as his quest to get home.
Achilles and the other Greek heroes always struck me as being arrogant, selfish, individuals, willing to spill rivers and rivers of blood in seeking glory. If I were to pick someone to admire, it'd definitely be Hektor.
