tweak worth considering: have the Genesis ritual affect all members of a team instead of builder only.

If this tweak is considered for inclusion, I already have source code that makes this change. Just ask me and I'll prepare the files for merging :)

Wouldn't that mean that if the illians are part of said team all of their ice tiles are converted to grass/plains?

Illians have a special version of the Genesis ritual. In ExtraModMod (with the code I linked) if the Illians are in a team and someone else in their team creates Genesis, everyone in the team would get the normal effects but the Illians would get their special "snow" effect.

Updating the Civ-pedia

How do we do this, and is it something that can be done on the side to be easily included in an upcoming MNAI patch? Its really annoying trying to figure out what some of the spells do, and what Hero's belong to what Civ.

Spell example: Enchantment 1 - what does that do? (click)
Allows Enchanted Blade - What does that do? (click)
Adds the Enchanted Blade Promotion and removes Rust - OK, what does the Enchanted Blade promotion do? (click)
+20 strength

Did we really need to click 3 times there to figure out what the spell does while others simply tell you outright (a.k.a. dispel magic)?

Alzakan the Assasin is listed as a world unit, with no mention of special requirements other than Poisons. There is a nice long story about the Lurchip in his lore box.

A fun fact would be that he is the Svartalfar hero, and not just available to anyone. It gets confusing as it seems like he is just another unit to build.

There are other, and probably better examples. I would love to see all of the hero/world units have their own category, and maybe a special category just for national units.

1) is it possible to zoom out the city screen a little? with sprawling you can't see/click the 3 northernmost tiles which is very annoying

2) would be nice if kurio settlements automatically used their 1 population as specialists, since tile yields don't do them any good ( less micromanagement )

3) would be awesome to incorporate the fractional traderoutes income modcomp... it would allow the traderoute boosting buildings to give some benefit even when they don't bring you over the next integer, right now they are useless for a very large part of the game.

shouldn't lightbringers have neverobsolete? it seems you can no longer build them once you can build paladins if the city has a training yard

Until that fix is added, you can hold both mouse buttons down at once to drag the screen to the tiles you need to view.

1) : it seems beetle-something showed a nice trick in PBEM FFHI (in the realms-beyond forums) with kurios:
when in city-screen, holding shift (and/or ctrl or both mouse buttons at same time, I can't remember) change the mouse to a hand... then you can rotate, in 3D the map in the city-screen. By tilting it a bit you should see easily the 3rings :D

(I never tried it effectively, so I hope it works... tell me)

oh... I've just seen that A_Moon answered that.... I didn't check as I thought he was answering POINT 2 !!!! grrrrr

Any way to fix the "always round down fractions" bug? Its kind of silly to see players use binary research of 100% or 0%. I am sure the AI does not understand this concept, and loses out on a lot of beakers/gold/hammers.

Woe to the one hammer town trying to build a warrior during apprenticeship.

@Gekko an easy way to build lightbringers in that situation, is to queue up 4 paladins elsewhere.

I was working in base... Um...
s.replace (2, 1)
A misleading post? By me!? Surely you jest!

Pocketbeetle was the helpful player I saw use that trick on Realmsbeyond, btw.

actually I've checked the code and lightbringers are neverobsolete in 2.42, as well as soldiers of kilmorph. so it's fixed already :)

They've been that way for some time. Please don't report bugs that you haven't verified in this mod.

I mentioned this in another thread, but it would be nice if the capitulation option were available in wartime diplomacy... ever. As it stands, it may as well not exist. I have reduced opposing civs to literally zero units, with my armies right next to their one remaining, empty city, and they still refuse capitulation.

This wasn't true in earlier versions, so something in the AI that was tweaked has basically taken this option off the table.

I haven't had that problem, maybe it has something to do with the Hidden nationally units?

I will say it has been harder to get the AI to capitulate.

I guess that could play a role, but I had used hidden nationality units during war before, and I had never had a problem getting capitulation in older versions of MNAI. I did kill many units with non-HN troops, too.

How easy would it be to make the pieces of Barnaxus tradeable? It makes an awful lot of sense to extract a bounty from the Luchuirp in return for the pieces.
