I saw in a poll that only 7% of the voting civ-players were female.

Where are all the girls?

Funny thing: I was talking to a woman who works at my Uni (she's gotta be mid 30's) and I mentioned computer games, she replied by saying the only games she ever played were Sim City and Civilization!

Suprised me anyway....

Females TEND to have a larger circle of personal friends than boys and young men, and thus spend proportionally less of there social time on internet forums, particularly topic oriented ones.

Uh Genghis, Boann is an accomplished outdoorswoman and hunter. She can track, shoot, gut, dress and butcher a large deer, or you for that matter. Adept in the smokehouse as well as in the kitchen. Chops wood, skis, builds cabins, the whole smear.
