civplayah, seems to have failed co-response to this thread, in his signature, he describe that he will be away from 24th July (today) and until 7th August.
This indicates that he had two full days to announce, both email, votes and etc.
Since this is not yet happen?

ugh tough one. Id rather see him play, but waiting for 2 weeks is dangerous...you lose momentum and you lose players (my experience anyway)

*shrug* I say one of us do his advance start for him...then let the AI run him for the 2 weeks and he takes over for the ai.

There is no history other that he is new here as you

Nonetheless, he failed to just create a thread with a "dot" or something, he has only posted this one post, where he stated he want to play as cassiel, i don't think he even took the time to look through the first post, and send GMT and email as I asked for in the post.

He had two full days before his vacation, to come with somewhat response, none came. Now he IS on vacation, and I am afraid that when he comes back, he will still be a little "slow" before WE can get on this game.

Just my view of this.
But if there is anyone here that knows him, and can speak for him, and tell that my assumption is wrong, please go ahead.

If not, the game will soon start without him. I will not let an AI give him some bonus in 14 days as a noble, getting alot of advantages.

Just took the liberty at looking at his last posts, he actually posted today. He is on vacation, that's a surething, but if he can post in other post, i have counted somwwhat 22-25 post from after "THIS THREAD" until Sunday the 25th at 07:07 PM.
