I checked. My version of the erebus cont.map was 2.64.

Anyone else want the save to see if they can open it ?

I think we should stop right here, and play a normal game of Erebus, before we have modified our computers to the 24th century computers.

I like to solve problems, but not in a game that need to get started soon, been quite some time since, the original first launch.

Im gonna recreate a new map and send it along.

I thought Hercules was Rohanna of the Hippus and one of the others (Iskender?) was playing the Elohim...is Androste playing Sabathiel of the Bannor?

I'm Elohim, but I should also be the last in the turn order. If you need it, my e-mail address was in the e-mail scienedez sent out. I'm last in the turn order, and I'm supposed to send it to scienidez when I'm done.

Everything seems alright, except that, there is one "Human" player, i made a mistake, dammit Sorry rerun again! sorry guys. BUT, as i played it, everyone is the requested Character. I don't understand that issue....

I setup the game again.

Okay, game at a new ReRun, Hercules90 Already have the game now, and this time without the "Extra human" player. And everyone is the character they should be.

Actually I don't have the new first turn yet.

The old one still has problems.

I have resend the turn again, try delete any remaining save games from last game, under no circumstances may you overwrite any savegames, civ4 has a bug that makes the turns inaccessible.

Still no success. Messages when trying to load the save were:-

' Could not load initial game data '
' Failed to load set up info'
' the save file you have is protected....'

Interestingly I had a look at the size of the file you sent me the past two times. They seemed very low. They were between 48 KB and 74 KB. Whereas the first turn you sent with just 3 of us and the AI was 139 KB.

Does that help ?

do we have an ai in this one? try sending it with all of us and 1 ai ...who knows, that may fix the bug. failing that, I think Jarrema is right and maybe we should load orbis and go from there.

I've never tried Orbis. How is it different than FFH2? Not sure I'm interested in learning a new system....
