The Governors Mansion doesn't seem to work as it should. It does seem to give production somehow, but the amount doesn't seem to be increased by getting more unhappy people. Maybe it gives production for happy people? I'm gonna check some more.
 
It looks like Tower of Elements can be built without Earth Mana. I don't know if you can exclude any of the other mana or not, but I can see that it can be done without Earth.

Yeah, I usually post 1 week afterwards to give me time to get all the major bug issues fixed.

You only need three mana out of four now to be able to build the towers

Unless I'm mistaken...
 
Patch "c" has been uploaded and is linked in the first post. It fixes the following issues (and won't break save games):

1. German translation included (thanks Kontrollator!).
2. The Dragons Hoard will now correctly spawn with Acheron, as well as getting the popup.
3. Trophies can only be awarded once.
4. Fixed Loki's run away ability.
5. Fixed the hang when creating a Pirate Cove.
 
I created the black dragon as the Sheaim, and got a dozen python popups. I forgot to get a screenie, but i'll try to get one tommorow (i need to go to sleep, i'm tired and i had a crappy day). It is linked somehow to the city he's built in and whether or not it becomes a CotD holy city. It might also be worth noting i built him in the AV holy city...

It's been a while since I played Luchirp, but I thought golems weren't supposed to have a unit upkeep cost with them. It certainly seems to be the case now.
 


Still getting multiple copies of acheron. This is patch B after that issue was apparently fixed.
 
Another question on Luchirp: mud golems have a strength of 0/2, which I thought meant it could defend itself but not attack. They are definitely not able to win any combat though, as even a goblin attacking a mud golem in a forest/hill square they still lose. Perhaps setting the flag to only defend and making them a straight strength 2?
 
I'm re-downloading it now, it's the best thing i can do...

You are right, there is a bug here that is keeping units with 0 attack strength from being able to damage. It will be fixed in patch "d".

Try going to where your game is installed, in the Civ4 folder, find the a.txt and right-click it. Check properties, and check if the Read-Only is checked, if it is, uncheck it. (maybe do the same for the entire Civ4 folder, especially if the a.txt doesnt exist. The trophy python might not be able to write that text file which it requires to run)
