FfH2 0.31 Bug Thread

I think I have another bug. I got the event where smugglers are settling into a city and I chose the option that gives me a smugglers port, but nothing showed up.

Anyways, I guess something is going on with the barbarians here.
 
Mana still reverts when it crosses though cultural borders (by city conquest or revolts, which are also caused by certain events, the Purge of the Unfaithful Ritual, and building Beasts of Agares), leaving the old node (improvement) in place.

The Meta Magic 2 spell (Dispel magic) also causes nearby nodes to revert.

What do you mean by a limit? So long as you have the appropriate mana and your adepts are able to get promotions (and you don't already have the promotion) you should be able to get the first level of any sphere spell.

I had an event that caused 2 turns city revolt, and the mana was outside my culture.
 
Hiphopin, if you are mentioning getting Manes with Hyborem via killing units, you don't get a Manes for each unit you kill. To get Manes I believe you have to kill a unit with Council of Esus, Octopus Overlords or Ashen Veil as it's religion. Or units with Death or Entropy promotions work as well as far as I know.

In an opposing city are a few defenders, one with orthus axe. After conquering the city, orthus axe is lost :cry:, I added a the saved game..

Ghost Q, nope not the manes, I have destroyed all 4 other ashen vale civs so I have plety of them :P its my 2 high priests and mardero with command 3 that seem to be capturing living units WAAAAY under the 50% chance. Also with Baron Duin I have only had 2 werewolves spawn out of at LEAST 8 battles with him, again im only attacking living units currently and none of them have any promotions that would prevent capture. But again its baron duin thats making me most MAD.

So you know Baron Duin Halfmorn's chance of spawning a werewolf are 25% so 2 out of 8 would be exactly as expected....

OMG you serious. lol I did NOT know that, whats the spawn chance for a werewolf to summon another then?

So now im happy with baron, pissed :mad: off with my three Command 3 promoted units, that or im just flipping unlucky with the (like someone said earlier) random number generator :cry:

Ravenous: 5%
Blooded: 10%
Greater: 15%

Its in their pedia entries.

That's not correct though. Not any single unit would give Manes. The conditions I stated must be met, I could've forgotten a condition or two; but not just any evil unit's death gives Manes to Hyborem.

Hello, I'm experiencing a CTD in my current game as Basium with patch 'e'.

Basically it happens after I research the mercurian gate and choose to become basium. That all works fine. However, immediately after I end my first turn as basium (i.e. the first turn i am in full control of them), I get an immediate CTD after all of the end turn noise. It's fairly late game, turn 380+ and on a huge map. Living world, random seed, and end of winter are checked. I think there are 14 civs currently.

Everything is up to date with BtS and I have the latest FFH2, clean install. I have had no problems before this. I have python reporting enabled but unfortunately it didnt give me anything, so all I have is a save of the turn before.

I have the latest direct X and I'm running windows XP and my specs are:

256mb video (nvidia 8800)
4gb ram
dual core 2.4ghz

Sorry if this issue has already been reported, I tried looking through most everything. I don't know if it's on my end, or the game, but if you need any additional info, let me know. Thanks.:)
