Something I noticed about the buttons for the leaderheads was that the buttons did not have a proper frame like the other buttons. Would anyone like the leaderheads with buttons that are framed for the sake of completeness? http://forums.civfanatics.com/uploads/91967/Assets2.rar

ya, i did it all right before we started playing so i tended to rush, couldnt remember how i cut the frames last time and didnt have time to figure it out again heh

What I did was loaded up the original frame used for buttons in civ with MS Paint and erased every spot that was not part of the actual frame graphic and saved that. Then I loaded the button graphic in MS Paint, clicked on the image menu and unchecked "Draw Opaque." Then I copied the frame graphic and pasted it over the button graphic (but thanks to "Draw Opaque" being unchecked, only the frame graphic showed up without disrupting the rest of the image). After that I applied the proper alpha channel and then saved the button graphic as the dds that is now in .rar I uploaded.

can't remember which way i used last, it worked nicely tho and i was able to use it on all of them with quickness.. remember copy pasting it heh

ill hafta play around with it when i get the chance, what you did sounds like what i did, but gotta get it figured out again for gimp2

Scorched Earth is considered a negative trait ?

yes... what about it could be considered positive? heh scorched earth merely adds a restriction, you can't keep any cities you take over (i.e. no way of capturing holy cities, or wonders)

according to the design:traits thread, i believe the following are listed as negative traits:
barbarian, agnostic, scorched earth

edit added: actually, barbarian isnt considered a negative trait there, tho with the -10% science its hard to say really
