Well, Quick Update: Leaderheads are caught up for now, and I'm two (possibly 3 animations if I do a victory) from finishing the Galbadian Iron Clad Tank. Also, I thought of something that I wanted to float before my potential testers/players before I try implementing it.
What I'm referring to is a possible use of flavors that I hadn't realized was available before. The flavors I'd add/assign to civs would be (mostly) for diplomatic purposes, and would bear the Labels "Good" "Neutral" and "Evil", so that "Good" and "Evil" have a maximum negative starting diplomatic stance toward each other, base (0) relationship with Neutral civs and best relationship with other civs of the same flavor.
Basically, Neutral Civs would be those that changed sides at least once during a game. For Instance, Estar would be neutral, since it used to be an aggressor under Adel, but turned itself around under Laguna's leadership.

Shinra Corporation; needs Shinra Attack Sub UU
VIII:
Galbadia; needs final version of Galbadian soldier (Muffins promised to do the unit, but it's been quite a while....) and Iron Clad Tank (In Progress: 75% complete)
Estar; needs Estar Soldier UU (model is currently about 60% finished)
Garden; needs Forest Owl UU and a third UU; either Garden, SeeD assault ship or White SeeD Ship
IX:
Alexandria; Needs third UU; either Invincible airship or Alexandrian Holy Knight (Gen Beatrix)
Lindblum; Needs all UUs; Burmecian Dragon Knight (In Progress, Dease is still working on it, so I'll let him finish it), Lindblum Aviator (Model 100% complete, need to clear unit backlog to start animating it), Hilda Garde III airship.

AL Bhed; Needs AL Bhed Machina Hunter (model 98% complete, again need to clear unit creation backlog to begin animating)

Again, I need to get around to working on the industrial age tech tree as well as digging into research for 1, 2 & (sorry to say) MQ and possibly TSW, since those last two items will most likely be needed to jump the civ number up to 30. If that still isn't enough, I'll change Japan to a "Square-Enix" easter-egg civ (sort of like the Firaxian civ with Sid Meiers as the leader in the Alpha Cantauri/ALien Crossfire complete package), with cities named after the district where Square-enix's HQ is and all Square-Enix games, etc. (when I started this mod, I just replaced similar default civs with FF ones, thinking that I could delete un-needed civs, before I found out that deleting a civ screws up all the civs in the list after it, so as it is, the only default civ that I can safely get rid of at this point is #31 (Maya), therefore I have to find at least 4-5 more civs to fill the roster out before I can release this mod).
