Flying Imams Part Deux: Now they're suing the PASSENGERS!

I reckon they should sue. Those passengers seemed to have made up a bunch of lies which got those people kicked off the plane for simply being Arabic Muslims

Last time I recalled, Muslims have the right to fly on aeroplanes

Tell people what, tell the story of what the Imams did, but leave out every single bit about their race and religion. Heck, even leave out the topic of their conversations. Just tell people about the spreading out and getting the seat belt extenders. And then ask people if the other passengers were justified in raising an alert.

Big (fat) people need seat belt extenders, right? Has anyone seen pictures of these men, know their size etc? Because, i remember seeing stories that obesity has become such common problem for (mostly US) airlines that they refuse to let "big" people in for price of one ticket since they actually fill two seats, or crush those who are seated next to them.

If they're skinny little whiners, then they are simply wrong and did behave like that on purpose. But, if they are "just big boned" and really needed those.. well?

Edit, first i noticed that they put extenders under their seat and then forgot it. So, i suppose they just asked them "for fun".

Is it me or does it seem like I'm the only one that thinks suing the passengers is going overboard?

Suing the airlines is going overboard. Suing the passengers is asinine and exposes these imams as being terrorism supporters who are seeking to make it easier for terrorists to operate on future US flights.

Let these scumbags go to court and get exposed by the truth.

I agree with El Mac completely. These guys weren't nearly big enough to need seatbelt extenders, and they didn't even use them when they received them. They put them on the floor. "I'm sorry Mr. Shahin. You're lawsuit is dismissed on account of you being a moron."

What exactly did they lie about?

The parts about Saddam Hussein and the badmouthing of the USA. I think they are lies added after the fact to make them seem like they were scary terrorists. Of course thats what I think, anyway.

Grab a sniper rifle, and find a tall building near the court house!

They are doing it just to get attention. I hope Congress bases that bill, so jerks like them can't to that anymore, sue concerned passengers.

"I'm sorry Mr. Shahin. You're lawsuit is dismissed on account of you being a moron."

Somedays I sorely wish that actually gets used in some cases I see.

And by "cases I see" I mean "frivilous/stupid cases that are obviously stupid."
