They're both equal in my book. The fact that they can actually believe to be better than the other in some ways is what's puzzles. As if not believing in the sainthood of Mary meant Protestant were not living in the same fantasy world as the Catholics. They're both the same damn thing.
First - Islam is an organisd religion , and it controls every aspect of a follower's life . If you read its history , its worse than Christainity in the violence and "kill the infidels" department .
Second - Hinduism does not have a central authority , and it thus cannot be exploited by any one person - you will always have at least ten different and mostly oppositional shades of opinion . I'm an agnostic , and I can still be classified as a Hindu , because Hinduism does have an agnostic arm , which is quite similar to , or rather a cruder form of , the scientific method ( you can look here ( Wikipedia ) and here for further information ( this does not mean that I agree with everything given on those sites , just that they exist ) ) . So can an atheist be classified . Hinduism is more a way of life than an organised religion ( it is , however , an unorganised religion ) .
Depends on which Protestants you are talking about, quite obviously.
If we are talking about the two most relevant churches here in Germany, being the Catholic Church and the Evangelical Protestant one, I cleary have to vote Catholic. The protestant church is fairly liberal, doesn't have all those awfully stupid rites but concentrates more on faith itself and includes women in their ranks. The Catholic church is the epitome of German conservatism and has created the Pope.
