The biggest problem is the city-states, if the civs are in their 'real places' then either
1. let the city-states be randomized
OR
2. change the city-state names.

You may be right (I know that was the original capital) but I just wasn't sure if that would be the case. Once I get final confirmation, I will try and update as neccessary!

That is a lot of cities in north italy!
I miss some more city-states in general, too.

Can someone please help me? I can't play this game without the true starting locations, I can't seem to figure out how to open the editor to just place them either. If someone knows what they are doing could they just quickly provide a map with the true starting locations.

The world builder is seperate from the game and should be available though the mod downloader in the next couple days... So no one can mod the maps yet...
