I believe the second screenshot is from Rhye's and Fall of Civilisation. The colours of the flags match the colours the civs get on that mod.

Hammy probably got dogged for being too low on the power graph. I find that for some reason he tends to wonderwhore; pretty dumb for a non-IND AI, but he seems to do it in alot of my games.

Well in my current game, he is actually one of the strongest on my continent. I am in third, Pacal is in second, and Carthage and Babylon are tied for first, both scoring a 0.8 in power (according to BUG mod).
