what does all this mean?

They program code. It's stored at one place accessible by multiple people. Actual content hidden, however announcements of individual storage boxes (each having different content) being updated are visible. We can see the names of the boxes, that they are being worked on, the rest is speculation based on previous patterns. 3 DLCs are noted, 5-6 some-kind-of-contents are being worked on.

I didn't retain my notes on when the agerating builds were updated prior to the expansions, but if memory serves, it was done about a month to a month and a half before announcement.

Nope. It's probably a month or more still. But this is is for the speculation thread.

It's not just one thing. There are three things. At least one of them is more content-substantial than the original series of DLC. Are they full expansions? We don't know.
