G&K Unable to view items in diplomacy screen

I started encountering an issue last night where I was unable to view the items on the diplomacy screen. I am at work so I cannot provide SS's but for example; a civ would offer me open borders but the window where the treaties and luxury resources stayed empty (black).

I've have never had a bug like this. I would hate for this particular game to be ruined since it is a really good match and on MARATHON.

Any tips? thanks

I am having exactly the same problem. I think it must be related to the newest patch. I started my game on Saturday, and it was working ok until yesterday. No idea what to do with it, just wanted to share that it may be the common issue.
