Game Extremely Slow, Suggest an Upgrade

I've installed this game on both of my home computers, on one, the game is too slow to even run. The other runs it, but again, very slowly.

I was wondering which would be better to upgrade of the computer that will actually run the game, the memory, or the video card.

It currently has 512mb of ram, and the video card has 64mb. I assumed the video card would be be better, but I wanted some other opinions.

You really have to post ALL your computer specs. Processor, Ram, Brand would help.

Here is mine for Example:
Dell 5100
3.4Ghz 650 chipset
2GB Ram
X800XL PCIe Vid card
Dell UltraSharp 2001FP 20.1" LCD
etc...
etc...

But with this game it is falling toward the video card as the main problem for most people.

Dell Dimension 8200
2.0 ghz processor 850 chipset
512mb ram
Nvidia GO200 64mb AGP 4x card
regular 17" CRT monitor

I was looking at buying the NVidia GeForce 6200oc 256mb AGP 8x, but I don't know if this will fit my machine. It requires an AGP 2.0 slot, how do I tell whether I have 1.0 or 2.0?
