Game extremely slow

I played today for the first time in about a week, and now any game I try to play is very slow and laggy. For example you know how theres a ring of circles moving around each selected unit? Usually the circles should orbit the unit smoothly and fluidly. Now it moves in jerky pauses and everythikng takes longer than I feel it should.

Any help for this problem?
