Game freezes computer.

Playing on a large map if I attempt to zoom out of the map and zoom back in after entering the original series era my game freezes up. I have to manually turn off my computer and turn it back on. Any idea what is causing this? I know this forum is kind of dead so if you read this and you have any idea please respond. Don't let this became a 200 viewed thread with no responses. Thanks in advance.

Might be your computer. I get this a lot on any large maps in general.

I don't have this problem with regular civ4 or LoR but what you're saying makes sense
