Turn posted to Zoot

Password was changed to Scienidez;s temp password
in addition I renamed the Leader name to Scienidez

Good luck all, coincidently and unrelated look at my new Sig

gps on... and PBEM tracker didnt work, I don't have Sci's email handy, so here is the save to him. Sci - I think you need to change your name in PBEM tracker to match your name in-game EXACTLY. Also you need to update your leader to be the same as you are in the game.

i "Think" i made the changes last night, so it should work right now, my ingame name match the tracker, so worries... i ask the admin for help with it.. :)

And at the same time, they found a bug making it impossible for same user to take another seat..

So all Win/Win :)

If it worked correctly, Bathsheba should have been able to get the game from the tracker, at least i can see the game has moved forward on the tracker now :)

uploaded to the tracker to Sci... hopefully it worked, let me know if it didnt. quick turn during lunch break ;)

The Greeks would like to extend their greetings to the new dictators in Amsterdam, the Incans. Welcome to our home!

Even with the elimination of the Dutch, the Greeks are upholding their end of the "Island Pact" agreement... our warriors march on Amsterdam! The Dutch loss shall be avenged!

This prove of agressiveness should be noted ! :mischief:
My army was trying to prepare a defense already ... let's see if time was enogh for this ...

The Incan occupation of Amsterdam managed to squeeze out another untrained and weakly defended Quecha before the Greek invasion. Unfortunately it was too little too late and the Greek warriors defeated the Quechas and took the city. ALSO unfortunately, Incan reinforcements were seen on the horizon, and our numbers were not enough to hold off the second wave of Quechas, so the city and all inhabitants loyal to Mitiu were burned along with it. Those few loyalists to the Greek-Dutch Island Pact agreement will be escorted back to Athens where they will be welcomed with open arms. Pericles and his top miltary advisors prepare for the oncoming counter-assault from the Inca...

First of all - congratulations for your 1000 post ! :)

Second ... this is nasty news ( for me ) :

The Incan occupation of Amsterdam managed to squeeze out another untrained and weakly defended Quecha before the Greek invasion.

Hoped that my full-health 2 warriors will be able to defend the city against your 3 units ( one of them wounded ) but ... this is  ... at least you don't keep it. :satan:

haha thanks for the congrats, I didnt even notice. Its a good post talking about taking a capital and then burning it!

The odds were in your favor I will admit, I took a chance. I had seen your reinforcements coming and knew that if I didnt take a shot now, you'd have 2 capitals reinforced against my 1, with the advantage of financial and quechas... I just envisioned the game where I'd never be able to take Amsterdam, you'd control most of our continent and I'd end up being your vassal... this was a bad shot, but my best one, I had to take it. Now things are a little more even and I have a shot ;)

A battle of epic proportions in the forests outside Athens. 3,000 Greek warriors fell in order to kill a squadron of 1,000 Incan quechas and severly wound another force of 1,000. The 1,000 Greek warriors that remain are true woodsman and shall vanquish their enemies in the turns to come!
