Sorry about slowing the game down...it seems like I was right with my playability issues...my computer with CIV just got attacked by spyware a few hours ago. Anyway, I guess this gives me more time to figure out how to close the tech gap with Kazakhstan.

Sorry for not posting about the week off. I'm on a tennis tourney some 500 miles off my home. Then I'm heading for guatemala backpacking, I'll be bakc on March 27th. Thx to Joshua for subbing. & the ai would've been bad, would've settled on a bad spot.

Hey guys I have a potential replacement for the dmoc/billybones fiasco, so he should only have to be an AI for one turn. Only issue is that it is my younger brother, so if anyone has any real problems with another person I'm connected to joining in you can speak up. Shouldn't be too big of a deal though expecially since we should be separated until astronomy anyway.

Doesn't have too much civ experience, but he knows how to play. Can beat the game at Noble... I'd probably have to help advise him a bit early on as I understand DMOC's civ wasn't exactly in the best position when he left.

Iam litlle bit concerned... it is just a lot 4 civs in one game i know you cant meet but i.e from DMOC civ you can get nice intel on me,plako,hound (you already have seen his empire but it is some time since that)... no that i would be happy there is AI next to me but if sub i would like to see someone else..

Yeah he's what most would consider a separate human being. He can be pretty independant regarding civ. I'd just be sort of looking over his shoulder in the beginning to help get him oriented and focused. It shouldn't take too long for him to take over the whole thing by himself, in the mean time I'll try to not look into your private quarters.

While you expressed concern Toch you didn't really present us with an alternative option (other than AI I guess) so I'm going to go take some initiave. Once again I'll try to minimize my interaction and spying.

Well I already pretty much know most of your continent's layout, borders and basic tech alliances from unspecificed civilizations and eavesdropping in on the score page.

It's not like I'm going to use the information to stage a PLAN OF ATTACK or SUPER TECH TRADE ALLIANCE or something. I have a feeling dmoc's civilization won't even be around by the time astronomy comes into the picture anyway.

It isn't much different than my wife starting over there. The only difference is that he has to help his brother get started. Each turn after that his knowledge will be less and less accurate.

In that case, he should definitely change his city names in-game to get them in character. I noticed they're still the default Incan ones on my login just now...
