True, I'll Fight two battles

Unvote: the battler, support: Ngelson.

Actually earthling.

Can I be nominated into battle and still physically support another character?

Whatever any player anticipates happening with the update doesn't change the rules on how you can vote; as there are two nominees today one support vote and another nomination is possible, as is just one vote of either kind, two nominations, or abstaining. It's your own judgment on what to do and what you may gain from nominations, support, etc...

True, but that was only Day One's Stone Monster.

How do we know this one won't be much stronger?

Besides, we weren't even told the strength of that Fire Beast.

Sorry, Ngelson, but unless more people step up to defend you, i'm not risking throwing my life away.

How did you all figure it out? I made a very complicated Excel sheet.
I used Excel too, but just as the electronic equivalent of paper. Probably could have done it faster on paper...

I see this boils down to one of those logic puzzles solved with a squares grid that I am quite fond of. I'll return later with my answer.

If I knew it was one of these then i would have tried the puzzle. :wallbash:

vote:The Battler

I will think of whom else to send to fight Atto, but I know that it is Not Bret's time to do that.

It's looking like Bret may be a good townie; it is a bit late. I would like to support him but I don't know if we can muster up the support and the 36-48 hour vote count is hurting us. Plus unvoting Bret I think ties up Otto Goggle and Bret and Goggle would surely die w/ 0 support.

But I will post this:
Spoiler :
I know for a fact that Borin/landlubber's ability was that he could "volunteer" good-aligned people to come with him when he was nominated. I strongly believe landlubber used his ability probably with Bret/The Battler/possibly the Grof mouthbreather and 2 out of the 3 people he used his ability on are non-good aligned.

I don't know the effect on neutral characters, but Borin himself was neutral. So I'm going to have to assume that any good-leaning neutrals (ie neutrals with the goal to get rid of Atto Ngoogol) would have supported Borin/landlubber if chosen.

I unfortunately did not communicate with landlubber enough before he died. But I have to assume that he did choose at least Bret and the Battler to join him and mathematically one of those 2 HAS to be non-good aligned and probably non-neutral aligned.

If Bret is good, we should assume that the battler is pretty much a mafia. I just see no other conclusion to draw.

Borin would not have chosen Ngelson as a support as Ngelson is low strength and told Borin not to choose him.

My friends, something to reveal.

Sprig is not Bret Pelennon! He is lying! I know the true Bret, and he is a Good Elf.

Too late to vote and follow the train of thought so I'll just abstain.

Meaning, I've had some stuff to do IRL.

I vote Brett Pelennon and The Battler
