I am not sure whether or not to risk sinking on of the galleys. but because i have just dropped off some reinforcements i opt out.

- Turns out the troops dropped off by russia were a swordsman and an archer( shouldnt be a problem)

If we wan't to keep that island, we should rush a spearman and a harbor in it. Citizens in cities acquired in peace deals convert to the new civ, so hopefully there's a low risk for it to flip back, but I think we should rush a temple there too, just in case. On the screenshot Bryansk is not growing, why is that? Has Russia had some riots? :lol:

yea, i was suprised that russia gave us bryansk for peace, and i didnt do anything to it because i didnt know if it was worth our money. i am pretty sure that bryansk is still in resistance.
 
That island could become useful in the future, a possible staging ground for an invasion of Russia.

I started off by getting workers to road to Carthage (or Neo Scandinavia for formal :D ). Noticed our one island has too many elite ACs over there, I'm gonna go ahead and bring'em home. However, after dropping off a warrior/spear pair on big island, it occurs to me that we're losing money FAST! What to do, what to do? JA KLAR, I'll trade Germany our outdated writing for all their 138 gold. Nice, Arabs have feudalism, we'll get from GL in no time.

The Arabs now know monotheism, we could really use that to begin Chivalry... I don't know about you but Knight's of Templar sound REALLY GOOD right about now...
Russia has horses for trade, remember this when we need to start producing knights! Otherwise all you need to do is figure our the economical problems and how to take Carthage/Celts..
