GCF1 - Vikings

This is the first official SG of the GCF Forum! This SG is open to CFC members of course. I am not giving up on GGF1, or the eventually to come GGF2.

Now, here are the conditions:

Vikings
Archipeligo
Regent/Monarch (not sure yet, voice your opinion)

That's all we have so far.

There are three open roster spaces:

1. Gogf
2. GingerAle
3. Hakon
4. Conehead234
5. Skunk
6. Gunnerxtr
7. Cizzlewalk

Like the GG* games, we will try to progress as quickly as possible. I will start the game off on Monday, but as of now, we are planning. Sign up fast, as space is limited!

I'll sign up, i think you should do monarch, regent is too easy. Will this be conquests or PTW?

And yeah, I'm thinking Monarch is better...

well i personally would prefer regent. but i realize that most the team is compromised of monarchs so lets go for that , hell it can only make me better

Lol, right. Okay, so what conditions do everyone like? I'm saying average for everything seems good, but what do you guys think?

This would be my first SG, but I have been playing Civ for three years now. I have beaten deity on PTW, still struggling to do it on
C3C.

I vote for Monarch, and for using the 1.13.

Will the game be reported here or at the GCF forum?

i agree C3C 1.13 is what i would prefer. average settings are fine with me

Skunk: You're in! Also, welcome to CFC! Yes, 1.13 is good. What do you mean by reported at? We are going to make reports at both forums, but you only need to report here (or, for GA at GCF).

Nope, not at all, you're in! Does anyone want to change the spot where they are in the order?

We have one minor problem, it snowed. I was going to bring my computer in for someone professional to install my new video card, but I can't, because it snowed . I'll get the save ASAP though, and I'm really sorry.

EDIT: As Hakon has stated, he was a tad late. I know he is good, and am willing to make an exception, and let us have seven players, does anyone else care one way or the other?

ya, letting hakon play shouldnt matter, just the game will be very 'interesting' due to so many players.

Whohoo! Check the frontpage! Just when we thought it was safe to start the game, another beta patch (1.15) arrives. Should we use that one instead? I would vote to use it, unless Gogf has already started the game.
