General Turn Information Thread III

Tonight was VERY interesting.

And a new step for the democracy game.

We combined, the Polls, with Real Time IRC chat to solve POP-UP problems. :) Very cool indead. Had about 6-9 users in the room at one time....very effective.

I've created a detailed game log...and you can see where chat decisions were made. :)

I'll also upload the saved game. And the leaders can start their polls. Next game will be played......Monday, early afternoon (EST) Like 2 or 3 EST. Can be changed to 11 PM EST if that would be better. But I have class from 5 - 10 EST...and I have to work Sunday. So Monday is the only day. Anywho.....

Leaders should PM me the orders early Monday (EST), as results from the polls. Hopefully we will have more chatters and lots of action from the polls!! (although the turnout was excellent)

Ok, after reading the above posts I realized that the polls I just posted are rather out of date. I probably should have read this thread before posting them. My bad. But I'll post them here anyways.

EDIT: I just downloaded the save game and it's still not working. So CornMaster if there is anyway you could post a zip file with screen shots again, and you will always have a home in the Province of Deimos.:)
 
Suprisingly, I had little to do, considering that we are currently at war with three civilizations! And If China shows agression, thats four!

I did make a poll on who we should attack, and of course an option for defense ;)

The time to act is now, once we build up the appropriate forces the AI is at it's weakest point, and we need more land to exploit.

Recommendations:

We now have the ability to build JS. Bachs. I recommend we build it ASAP. We have 6 caravans on stand by to complete it. I recommend building it Potopolia.

So we need polls for the cities not listed...as well as tech polls. And new city polls...we have a ton of settlers.

Edit: Also....we should have an expansion poll....I mean I love exploring with Triemes....but it would be nice to have a direction to point in. ;)
 
As one who canNOT dl the game, I'd like to see some screen shots of our empire from time to time, or specific hot spots or exploring locations. I feel like I'm slowly losing touch with what is going on in our great nation.
 
The nominations are supposed to be on the 2nd of March and then the elections on the 7th. Its in another thread but I think this is right.
