Moved up with the warrior to see what I would leave behind.
Second movement (T1) revealed the sheep, but I thought, screw that sheep and went fish->pot instead.
Two workers before the settler, the workers did a double chop to get him out.
Tried to get up more cities quick with this second city as a production anchor. Also settled city#3 in a place with alot of hills (Second sheep+deer).
Asoka founded Hindu+Juda, and built almost every wonder in the game. Super late GLH at around T120...?
GScientists did Academy,. then one bulb each onto Edu -> Lib (did not finish lib) -> Astro -> SciMeth.
Self teched PP and the rest of the techs.
got MC in a trade while still in OrgRel, so did alot of forges, only BadTibra and ClamHelper did not get it before the pacifism swap. Ran engineers constantly so had ~20-25% odds for a GEng in most pops, did get one eventually.
Rushed Taj with him a while later.
The free scientist from Physics did 1700 beakers of chemistry.
Only merchant I got out was from Economics, that was enough to upgrade most elephants though.
Got another GEng and don't know what to do with him yet... Don't want to do another GA so maybe he will rush Kremlin...?
What I'm after, is a very unfair fight. I want to bombard down defences with frigates, then slam cities with airships and them mop them up with cuirs.
But seeing Asoka is so terribly weak (and has a ton of wonders) it would probably have been way better if I had just whipped out a bunch of trebs/maces and taken his stuff.
Suspect this will be rather fun though! 5-10 more turns to get ships/frigates/airships ready.
