Boy, a lot has happened in this thread since I last checked!

Just so you know, in all the games the Overlord cheated in the economies of his countries were so crippled that they were almost unplayable. If he did the same things here that he did there, I don't know if anyone will want to play it. I'll look at Prussia and see if there is the same mess.

Just as I suspected, half the cities in disorder and every happiness improvement has been sold. It's still playable, but I had to sell off all science improvements and set the science rate to 0%, at least until everything gets back on track.

Also, do you think we should trim the Prussian military or anything to make up for his cheating?

I think we have to discuss either a sub or even a replacement for W.i.n.t.e.r, he's been gone for two weeks. I checked at CDG just in case he only forgot his PBEM's but he's disappeared there too.

Just so you all know, W.i.n.t.e.r posted here that he will be back soon after New Years. Since it's hard to find someone who'd play for only two weeks, I think the best solution would be to have one of his allies or at least someone at good terms with his civ play his turns till then. Otherwise we could wait, it is only a week and a half.

arg... what happened to my lovely Prussian state? so much careful nurturing... just about to come to fruitition. Then I get incapicitated by uni and the caretaker government breaks all the china. Damn inconsiderate if you ask me. I'm sorry that i buggered off like I did, I had a surprisingly hectic term and will only be getting net access in my room in the next few weeks.
Oh well, looks like our friend the overlord may have screwed the nice new balance in Europe that had developed, which is a shame.
