Gnb3 Pbem!!!

I sent a PM and received no reply yet. He'll get back to me no worries.

OK, I've got the password :)! Now... I imagine this is a special scenario? I'm new in this... where can I download it? Or is it available on the CD-Rom because it looks like a scenario I once played already alone.

You can find the files here. Pretty much every game on these forums is of a personalized scenario. :)

Btw, this is a newer version of the Napoleonic scenario that came with the CD, so it should be familiar.

Download the scenario. Play a few turns in singleplayer to get a feel for it.

You are at peace now and have no combat to do. So don't worry to much.

I'm sorry for the delay & thanks for the BUMP... as I see it I am in war with both the Prussians as the British. I'm not sure how to use those 'mortal shell's' as they run out of fuel if I move them... I hope the file is OK?!

The fortresses they are in are technically airbases, and they are air units. They can only be used against ships that were stupid enough to go right next to the fortress.

Btw, you are NOT at war with anyone, no matter what your ambassador says. Sometimes it's not possible to 'technically' make peace with them in the civ engine, even though you've already agreed to it on the thread. You didn't attack any Prussian or British units did you?

I wouldn't dare attack any Prussian or British units! The Prussian and British people are my friends! ;)

Just so you guys know, I got nailed by the military  That means I will probably have to quit all my games in order to serve my country. I'm not sure, but it might be that they have internet and PC's we soldiers can borrow in our spare time. In that case, I won't have to quit them all.

I am not going yet though. It's not until the 29th of July but I want to let you know it now already. I will then be away for a year. :sniper:

I am most likely going to Kosovo (NATO), Afghanistan (NATO) or Iraq (Under British command) to serve as a peace keeping soldier. :tank:

I did not want this to happen. Damn Norwegian conscription! :aargh:

:(:(:(

This will kill a lot of games. :(

I didn't even know Norway has conscription; now I'm worried about sas now!

I will for sure check in now and then. I will be alowed home on permission 7 time in one year. And if they have access to Internet, something in which I think they actually have, I don't have to quit them all.

Well it'll take more than access, you'll need a comp with Civ2 as well, not to mention hours and hours of time to waste. ;)

Well, it just happens to be that I have Civ2 on CD room, so that makes me some what mobile :p

Still, I mean by 'access' they'd probably just have a public comp you can use for a certain number of hours. They might not let you install or play games, or even if they did you might not have the time. Plus people will make fun of you. ;)
