Yeah. Oh, and 1.3 probably will be the last version for a while. Got other Projects ahead of me, like the 'Goldflash Euro-Africa Mod' and I've been thinking about making a Fantasy mod as well.
 
I've been trying to figure that out myself. Maybe it is becasue sometimes I spend 8 to 16 or more hours a day on the forum spamming it up. I've got more posts than like.. Supa... or.. some.. other people... I dunno. I'm just cool

Gouramis are smart for fish actually. They can learn for their past mistakes. Plus with their air-breathing ability and tenticle feelers, not to mention that they are closely related to the Siamese Fighting fish, who wouldn't love them?

Although currently I have no Gouramis in any of my two fishtanks...because they all died.... :cry:
 
I think I found a problem. Been playing a game without any worries (apart from the insane speed that techs get researched) but now Austria has reached the Modern Era I get a CTD. Error message: missing file -: Art\Flics\X2_Charles_mod_fwrd.flc.

Now the strange thing is, this file IS in that folder, so what gives? Any ideas?
 
Still playing your mod, i,m playing as the austrians at monarch level, and have reached the early industrial period, i think your mod is pretty good the changes you have made and the units you have added make the game a lot more interesting. There seems to be a bug with the oil though i clicked on the oil icon on a civilopedia page and the oil page apeares but i also got a hypertext error which caused the game to be unplayable. Anyway looking forward to your update. Have you ever considered making some terrain inaccesible to certain units.

Its the Biq file Goshdarnit! Okay, it'll be fixed in 1.3, I promise! just gimme a few days.
 
OKAY! I fixed it! Here is how to do it. USe the editor to open up the Biq file. Go to Rule s, and then the Civilizations tab, and pick Austria (Second from the bottom). In the Bottom left corner there shall be a little box thingy that says 'Animations' with a drop down menu and two text fields. Change the drop down menu to Modern and put your cursor infront of the A in Art in the first text field and click. Then hit backspace. AHEM. Close the window and save the biq. I don't know if thius will affect your saved games, but it will fix it in the future. Also, EVERYONE MUST DO THIS.
 
Hi Goldflash this is star_trek5. I discovered a minor flaw in modtech 1.22. In the civilopeda once I clicked on musket infantry I got invalid entry.

Anyway, I know. Some crap in the Pedia doesn't workj. I'll fix it later.

Sorry bout the long time for the reply.

I would simply take off one of these three things, the +1 trade, 50% tax increase OR the seafaring attribute, so that the Byzantines can't get the GA.

Or just increase it's cost to 300, or 400.

Canterbury Cathedral isn't Seafaring. It is Relgious and Industrious
