NEW RULE REGARDING COLONIES

You can only spend 1/3 of the Colonies total eco/turn on behalf of your nation. Rounding down. The other 2/3 will be spent by the "Colonial Governor" on behalf of the colonial citizens. You can spend all of the Colonies eco if you like, but they colonialists will get very pissy very fast at having all of their income taken by you. Basically, if you spend all of the colonies income, I promise hell.

'People of Nigeria; I am honoured to be this nation's first ever democratically elected President. Although I now realise more than ever the sheer magnitude of the task ahead of me. Already our hard-won freedom and democracy is being threatened by the African Federation, bent on turning us once more into slaves to feed their imperial dreams.

After years of conflict all we want is peace, all we want is a chance to rebuild our shattered country and have an opportunity to enjoy some sort of prosperity. But again this opportunity may be snatched from us.

I ask that you trust in my leadership and that we once again unite to give a combined front against tyranny and oppression and greed. Nigeria and her people deserve freedom. Let us be the ones to stand up for that freedom against those who wish to take it from us.

1. The Aim of this Scientific endevour is to aleviate the suffering and pain caused by the AIDS epidemic in Africa, Its goals are to develop drugs and learn more about the disease so the people may be properly educated in the nessecary precautions.

3. The different bit, learning about what AIDS IS exactly comes first so basic preventation then More advanced stuff etc, so I suppose a timeline for the effects, Total time 10 years, cost 8 eco....(this has been agreed on with japanese expert opinions..... )

General Person also attempted to cut off funding but was overruled by the President. The name was choice ANUBIS, the Ancient Egyptian god of the underworld. The ships where named Jackals, a breed of dog, who according to Egyptian mythology the head of Anubis resembled.

Russian Space Agency will not persue further developments in the area of Space Shuttles, and the rumors that have been circulating about a consctruction of a permanent sattelite over Mars are unfounded. RosKosmos will continue its cooperation with NASA in all areas, and will maintain all present projects and stations, as well as refurbish the Mir-I Space Station. When asked weather this was due to a lack of funds or to a new direction for RosKosmos the representative refused to comment.
