In the second move that has continued to surprise the USE since the recent donation of funds to rebuild london from the UIS, a former enemy, the long time ally Germany has announced that it will convert its currency to the Euro as a move to improve the economic situation of both the USE and Germany, as well as to tie the nations inextricably together.

The USE has sent out this offer of the Euro to any and all European nations throughout Europe, but the only nation to respond so far has been Beneleaux who are expected to accept.

Sadly the terrorists who are holding Nigeria will intercept any humanitarian goods sent and use them to feed their army of terror, this will only prolong the suffering of the Nigerian People.

Due to the UIS's breach of the Second Yalta Agreement the Russian Federation withdraws from it. Russia will not defend the UIS in case of a nuclear attack against the UIS. Russia reminds the UIS that the First Yalta Agreement is still in place, and the UIS is not allowed to posess nuclear, biological, or chemical weapons as well as programms for their development.

Due to the UIS's breach of the Second Yalta Agreement the Russian Federation withdraws from it. Russia will not defend the UIS in case of a nuclear attack against the UIS. Russia reminds the UIS that the First Yalta Agreement is still in place, and the UIS is not allowed to posess nuclear, biological, or chemical weapons as well as programms for their development.

Our 'breach' as you call it is well within our rights enshrined into the treaty. For two years the Russian intellgience organisations have perpertrated acts of espionage against the United Islamic States and has tried on numerous occasions not only to disrupt the organisation itself but to incite war with numerous other nations abroad. Some of these incitations have been successful. We shall no longer tolerate a treaty that allows for Russian troops to be based in the United Islamic States while the UIS is not give likewise treatment in Russia. We will no longer tolerate a treaty that Russia breaks at every chance it gets. Until Russia proves itself a friend of the United Islamic Statets and not the foe it shows itself to be at this very moment we will of course break the treaty.

Thus (five days ago RL) five months ago we gave Russia the notice that all Russian citizens in the United Islamic States were having their visas cancelled, while diplomatic channels will be kept open, and embassies will not be harmed, Russian troops are not longer welcome on Islamic soil. Of course Russia already knows that THEY and ONLY THEY can rectify this situation by proving the Islamic Counter-Intellgience reports wrong, and futhermore THEY and ONLY THEY can prove themselves to be friends of the United Islamic States and not the enemies that they appear to be.

While the actions of the Russian government could warrant a decleration of war against the Russian Federation from the United Islamic States we DO stop short of such drastic meassures at this very time as having declared the treaty null and void will not only punnish the Russian government enough for their breaches of it but also will ensure that a repeat performance will not come about any time soon.

The Russian government is welcome to offer any and all protests it wishes at this very time but until the UIS is satisfied with the 'proof' the Russians give for them not being behind such actions, the situation is unlikely to changed.

We futhermore remind the Russian government that the United States of Europe and the United Islamic States are the principal signatories of the First Yalta Agreement and thus any attempts to change it, however unlikely that will occur, will not necessarily include the Russian Federation or its government. We also remind the Russian Federation that they are NOT a signatory of this treaty but rather the Communist Empire of Russia, a nation that no longer exists.

The Russian Federation would like for the UIS to review its history. The Communist Empire of Russia became the Russian Federation in 1966, and the First Yalta Agreement was signed in 1969, and therefore the Communist Empire of Russia could not be a signatory to it.

Furthermore, Russia could not be responsible for any acts against the UIS due to the fact that all Russian intelligence personell was withdrawn over two years ago. The UIS has accused Russia of everything that has gone wrong in the UIS, starting with assasniations, and ending with the nuclear attack on Istanbul. The UIS, however, failed to provide any evidence at all for any of these actions.

We re-itirate that Russia does not have intelligence agents in the UIS, and therefore cannot have "proof" that Russia was not responsible for these acts. To have such "proof" Russia would need to have agents in the UIS that would be aware of who actually committed these acts.

The Democratic Russian Government, unlike the dictatorship that is the UIS, cannot order its citizens to do something. Russia has issued a warning to all Russian citizens that their continued presence in the UIS may be dangerous. However, if not all Russian citizens withdraw, it is Russia's obligation to protect the rights of its citizens, and Russia will do so.

Finally, we would like to remind the UIS that Russia was involved in the war that took place in 1968. Russian pilots conducted bombing raids against the UIS cities and military bases, and the First Yalta Agreement that followed is as much a treaty between Russia and the UIS as it is a treaty between the USE and UIS. Therefore, Russia will enforce the points made in that treaty with such force as is necessary.

Just to let you guys know, I am in the process of setting up some new rules regarding your Governemnt type. Expect them to describe Governemnt types in more detail, and how they work for a NES. An example of what I am thinking:

Fascism - This is the autocratic rule of one Leader, like Nazi Germany, who rules with a mostly Iron Fist. National Pride is key here, you keep power mostly by having a very loyal Army and Secret Police, but also by having the people believe in the motherland enough to not revolt. Generally, your population will be brainwashed, and your word is usually Law. You might have a "People's Assembly", in which you pretend to be a Democracy, but they will be puppets. Your word is law, and the people watch you governing their country. Usually there is no such thing as Independent Media to spoil your dreams, your people hear what the State says, and what the State says only. You can mostly do as you like, but Foreign Investors do not like Fascism, generally. They will shy away from it, they view it as too unstable, in case you make a bad decision that results in your nation going into revolt, or what have you. So you have total control, but your economy will suffer, and Foreign Investors will not like to invest in your nation.

That is what i am planning, i hope it will let NESers get an idea of how to role-play their nation, and to make decisions better. Expect for democracies, to have to go through your Parliament or Senate for major decisions, which will be me. I shall try and be fair, but i shall overrule you if needed. These rules will come into place after Update 17, but before Update 18. I am interested in your opinions.
