It's all right that I am roleplaying Parliament/Congress right now Goober? Because I just passed a motion that condemns the alleged corruption and Congress suspended the 2/3's system for good reason!

WELL I'tll be in my orders! (And I don't think anyone would rebel when I have just cause, 20 eco. has vanished after all and congress has passed the motion unanimously AND we just voted to let in 250 of their electives as MP's in Wellington!)

I don't care what Goober has said about it - sugar faeries is not a worthy project to spend 20 eco. on - noone spends 20 eco. without it having any effect on the stat.s.! It's a MOD excuse to handicap nations with colonies - and y'know what? They aren't colonies! THEY ARe legal parts of tHE CU!

All Goober did was say 'all colonies now control two thirds of what they spend'. With past UPS history of handling of these alleged 'colonies' that NEVER would have happened.

My Congress is elected by the people (Goober) and the parties vote according to the policies I sent Goober, that is why I am allowed to do it.

Due to your continued wish to denounce the democracy of the United Islamic States as a dictatorship and your continued insistence to own Weapons of Mass Destruction we feel obliged to you that we are delcaring ALL RUSSIAN CITIZENS, including the ambassador persona non grata they have 48 hours to leave our territory. This includes the 10,000 soldiers you have in Kurdistan.

We futhermore tell you that due to Russian actions in the past concerning Australia, the United States of America and other wars where Russia employed the use of Weapons of Mass Destruction, not to mention the horrible events of World War Three in 1962, we will no longer find ourselves bound by the Yatla Agreement articles concerinng Weapons of Mass Destruction. Futhermore due to this action we express our willingness to allow the United States of Europe to have these weapons as well due to the fact that it would be unfair to them otherwise.

We remind the Russian Federation that this is by no means an attack on their sovereignty as they have done to us in the past and thus we shall warn the Russian Federation that any attack on the sovereignty of any member state of the United Islamic States would result in war between the United Islamic States and the Russian Federation, a war which no-one will win.

The days when the Russian Federation could dictate to the United Islamic States are numbered.

We suggest that peace negotiations should involve 1/ Return to pre-war borders, 2/ A return to the DMZ on both sides of the Pakistani-Indian border, 3/ Indian renouncement of all plans to futher westward expansion, 4/ A memorial to be built on the border region for those who lost their lives in this war. 5/No reperations. 6/ India to halve the number of nuclear ICBMs it owns. 6/ India and the United Islamic States to focus on restoring good relations like the USE and UIS have been doing.

We look forward to your reply and any suggestions you may have for the formation of a lasting peace. We however remind you that while we had no part to play in the bombings, our intellegience no longer considers that you had a part to play as well. I will talk more about this in private.

First of all if you look at the era, the Russian Federation was still the Communist Empire of Russia when the First Yatala Agreement was signed. Second of all no where on the treaty does it say that the Russian government of the time was a signatory nation and thus the Russian government has NO say on this USE-UIS matter.

Thus With the Agreement of the President of Europe, the United Islamic States denounces this treaty as the defunct treaty it know is. While this by no means disrupts relations with the United States of Europe (as we are at peace under a diffrent treaty now) we will no longer consider ouselves bound by this treaty of Russian efforts to keep us bound to this treaty

We agree to the dismantling of this treaty, it limited Europe's ability to construct weapons of mass destruction and protect itself. Though it also allows us to prevent religous and political freedoms, we can assure the world that such articles are from a bygone era and no longer of any relevance.

We echo the calls from the United States of Europe and remind the world that we are two democratic nations (or in my case organisation) now working together in solidarity, not against each other as we have in the past: The North African War and the Cyprus War are things of the past which I can say that the UIS is greatly proud to say and relieved that no longer shall we fight our European brethren.
