Bolivian Elections
Russia extends its contgratulations to the government and people of Bolivia. The spread of democracy throughout the world must be one of the first-most priorities of all governments, and we are delighted to see that Bolivia has chosen this path as well.
Romanian Coup
Russia announces that the Minister of Defence of Romania, and 23 other members of government that have planned a coup in Romania are currently in custody in Moscow. Russia condemns executions of innocent civilians by the Romanian government in order to regain stability. Open trials will proceed in Moscow within a few months.
Hapsburg Empire
Russia welcomes the creation of the Hapsburg Empire and congratulates the people of Austria and Hungary on this achievement. Russia expresses hopes of future close cooperation with the government of the Hapsburg Empire.
Ivory Coast/AIDS
The Russian government extands its congratulations to the research teams in the Ivory Coast, and offers any possible help that Russia could provide in researching the cure for AIDS for the good of humanity.

I will be looking for an industrial base to produce these drugs cheaply and ensure that they are distributed etc cheaply to those in need. The Ivory Coast itself will be making these drugs as well but we cannot do it alone.
Then I will be doing further research with a country, likly to be japan again as they were very fair the last time.
EDIT: Oh and naturally japan will be able to produce them.

Bleh. In New Zealand, 80% of the Asians are the Christians of the bad kind. ie: extremist evangelistic. Brothers, the Islamic Intellgience Organisation has ascertained that Hindu fanatics have caused a USE nuclear weapon (they have them goober look at the friggin stats) to detonate over the Dardenelles. While we call this an outrage and we do declare jihad on those who have perpertrated this crime, we call for the Greek acceptance of peace for the return of Cyrpus which is rightfully ours. We shall continue to fight so long as our rightful territory is denied to us.
Futhermore the United States of America has proven itself to be more foolish then what we believed to begin with as it is willing yet again to through its nation back into a the nuclear a wmd fire for the thrid time. While we will not make a first strike we remind our Russian friends that if we are struck at, we expect the Russians to act accordingly.
India's invasion of Pakistan while regretteble shows that once a Hindu fanatic, they will always be a Hindu fanatic. We had no knowledge of the so called 'Muslim bombings' nor would we ever consider causing a war between the Indian and Muslim peoples. Indira Gandhi is a fool to think she can destroy what her predecessors created out of their terrorism.
We once again offer the Greek government 2 economic points for the handover of Cyrprus. If they do not accept then war shall continue. This is the only objective in this ghastly war we have and we shall continue to do so.

The Confederated Republic of the Philippines will not stand for the loss of life of a genocide. As such we shall not invade but otherthrow your goverment in a much more peacefull way.
