the African Federation would like to remind the USA that we mererly a provisional government are that we aim to remain a democracy, if our population choses the comunist party to represent them in the next four years then we will.
And if with True Parth of Democracy you mean Capitalism then we hope we cal live forever in our Socialist Federation.
However this break by the USA is far from unexpected, your cowardice has now become very clear to us, first you refuse to aid your allies against the Nigerian Agression, then you demand us to aid you and as soon as we do you strike a bargain with the "enemy" and leave us to face them alone. You have no honor and therefore we are far from displeased by this "break".

Russia is willing to sign a cease fire with the African Federation, and to discuss peace terms in the near future. (on MSN)
America offically anounces the continuation of the War with Russia for their breaking of the NAP pact by laying mines in American Territory, and their stealing of Factory components. The War will continue until Russia returns the stolen components and agrees to rebuild America for their stupidity, or American Troops take the required amount of factory componets from CC nations, or the NPC/PC CC nations agree to pay for the replacement of the factory components to stop another war.

Goober Blix wishes to point out that, from a legal standpoint, the CER did not break, in any way, shape, or form, the Peace Treaty that they made with the USA. The agreement never explicitly stipulated that the CER was not to mine the occupied USA territory, or take the USA's Factory Components away. Or destroy everything else.
That being said, from that same legal standpoint, it was assumed that peace would be just that, peace. The CER did not attack USA troops intentionally when they left the country, but, with their actions, it could be viewed as an act of war.
Either way, Goober Blix is willing to do more talks between the 2 nations.
