APETO Report of Damage in Member-States

Ladies and Gentlemen of the world, I bid you good day. In light of the recent terrible events, I feel extremely down-hearted to bring the world more bad news. The terrible actions of the Anti-Communist League and their backers have caused massive damage to the populace of Southern Asia (OOC: Not to mention, a rather tasteless trick... *mumble*).
The Asia-Pacific Economic Treaty Organisation has hence sent teams of assessors to the affected nations to estimate the cost of repairing damage caused by this horrible man-made disaster. The amount of funding needed to fix this is beyond the capabilities of any one small country, although large empires like the CER and AF would have no trouble covering them at all. The required fixing costs are: -

• Malaysia - 3 eco
• Thailand - 7 eco
• New Khmer Empire - 10 eco
• Japan - 6 eco

As you can see, APETO alone, one of the less affected set of nations would have to pay massive amounts of money to repair the damage. APETO would like to request that command of all APETO Peacekeepers be given to the organisation temporarily to coordinate rescue, relief and rebuilding efforts.

May this disaster be a wake up call for all warring nations to sit back for a while and see that we should not fight each other, but concentrate on the evil people who would wish for such a thing to happen.

The Philippines thinks that WMB's should be kepts at limits of no more than 10 for nuclear ones (to keep a retalatory armerment) and the elimination of biological weapons. We hve no opion on Chemical.

Also VX and anthrax are chemical agents, not biological ones.

Dear Mr. Illarionov,

These rash actions is what makes many nations in the world worried about the CER's plans. It seems that they are willing to invade another nation on their own whim and fancy, using a nation's opinion as an excuse for invasion.
Pray tell the world, what support the Phillipines has provided the African Federation apart from moral support. Has there been threats of an invasion? Has there been aid to the troops fighting CER or CC forces?
Being a democracy yourself, you should know that everyone is entitled to their own opinion. We would like to request that you pull back that statement for maintaining the peace. I do believe that the CER already has enough on their plate.

What about Russia join Project SURVIVAL, they used to be the CU's would-be partners in space. The Project could really use Russian experience in space and russian scientists (the Americans refused me because they were at war and well they like their privacy for the space project... just so the ACL knows I tried both places) and we'll be using a lot of money on security so no worry about terrorist ACL if they even want to take us out. And this is a peaceful project, we'll be consctructing seedships and other things to send out into space so everyone gets a future in the stars without fighting for the forseeable future.
What do you say Phillipines? Russia?

Join the project without fighting each other, does that sound good?
This would be a golden age for humanity instead of a dark age if we could unite around something, anything, say perhaps the longterm survival of mankind?
