Would you agree to a treaty banning the use of all WMDs in war? This treaty does not limit neither stockpiling of WMDs, nor research. Brazil views that this treaty needs to be signed to prevent another nuclear or other type of Holocost. A more deadly one this time. And it is our fear that humans as a species might not survive it. Brazil would be very glad if you gave us the most urgent responce.

If you don't want to then don't send money, I'm sure a lot of SADETO nations can back up the funding while you've rebuilding to do.

India has decided to reopen our borders but under certain conditions:
-All foreginers coming to India must first go to Maldives Islands to get registered, inspected, and screened
-All supplies and other shorts of materials must go to Maldives Island to get screened, registered, and inspected
-All ships and planes coming to India must go to Maldives Islands to get registered, screened, and inspected
-All ships and planes must first ask for authorization to come to Maldives Island
-If authorization is not asked the ship or plane will be destroyed
-Any foregin plane or ship intruding into Indian airspace or costal waters will be destroyed
-The only way for people to come to or leave India is to go to Maldives Island
-Only after they have been passed through Maldives may they go to the rest of India
-This applies to everyone inculding merchent ships and commerical flights

The ITER Project is indeed complete, and we have began to harness the power of fusion. As per the treaty, we will send a team to handle the implementation, since the technology is very sensitive and any calculations that are off would send the reactors critical and waste half of your country.
This is, of course, as long as no one else has a peak at the technology.

First of all, yourr treaty only said "in war", which means that people could use them outside of war. Second, Spain only supports a ban of NUCLEAR weapons, not bio or chem.
